These SMS Terms of Service govern the text message (SMS) program operated by Park Place at Glacier National, LLC, doing business as Wonderstone at Glacier (“we,” “us,” “our”). By opting in you agree to these terms.
Program description
This is an internal program for our employees and authorized staff. Once you opt in, we send operational alerts related to hotel operations, such as urgent guest issues, approval requests, maintenance items, direct messages, and mentions, typically containing a link to our staff application. This is not a marketing program and we do not send promotional or consumer messages through it.
How to opt in
Eligible staff opt in inside our internal staff application by entering a mobile number and enabling “Text me for urgent alerts, DMs & mentions” in Settings, or by texting START to our number. Only staff with an active account who enable this setting receive messages.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for charges from your carrier.
Opt out & help
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning the text-alert setting off in the staff app. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation and then stop sending messages. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (406) 892-0888 or info@wonderstoneusa.com.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
